Our Own Heart Is Our Temple.....

This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness.

My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness.

Oh, those prayer flags are magnificent! And when you think of how easy it is to be kind, and of how kindness can change the whole world for the better, you would think we would all become instantly kind then, wouldn't you? Oh my! Let us hope that kindness takes root and grows and grows!! xo Kari
