Buyer beware!
I am discouraged to see how many seller's become amnesiacs after they have their $$$$.
And further, everything attached to and part of, for example, our Montana RV, is now our responsibility. Not the seller of said RV, or the individual appliances, furniture, air conditioning....anyway, you get the idea.
On the other hand, just try being late on the bank payment, or RV owner’s insurance. They will send the hounds of hell for you. We have not been late.
We are in Tampa again, leaky roof, which we are told happens some times if said hard rain comes at a particular slant. Therefore, the new roof replacing the one the bird ate, is not their responsibility. Now we find the roof and air conditions, antenna, vents, etc., etc., our problem.
Buyer beware!
Life remains good. Not perfect, and yet I feel blessed.
Do hope each of you are well, and having a good time, or dealing with it, and still having fun.

ohhh now that is a home on wheels! we have our Pretty Pagan which is much smaller but i cannot wait to get out on the road!
