~ Lemon Luscious Friday ~

Lemon Refrigerator Pie

This old school recipe is easy and refreshing.  Hillbilly says it’s his new favorite pie.
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 small container of Cool Whip
With electric mixer , mix cream cheese, lemon juice and Eagle Brand milk well.  Pour into graham cracker crust and chill until set.  Top with Cool Whip before serving

~Used With Permission~

This is a "cool" and tasty, quick and yummy, a "summer-licious" recipe.  It's been around for years and years, just like me!  Hah!

Give this  a try and pop in for a visit at "Howdy from the Kitchen".  She has lots of other goodies for you!

Wishing you all the blessings of  "the good old summertime days",  and please be sure to accessorize your day with the following: lemonade, potato salad, coleslaw, chilled shrimp and tarter sauce, cold fried chicken, lemon pie and iced tea.

I'm lookin' out for my bloggie friends, wantin' ya'll to stay "cool".  Enjoy!

Boy, I'm not used to seeing a recipe on your site. This one does look cool and refreshing. My brain is working now on how to veganize it! Have a great weekend.
